What is the purpose of QuiC?

QuiC is a simple tool that generates quality check (QC) analysis and visualization of mass spectrometry based proteomics data almost in real time. It is especially useful for unifying performance tracking of multiple instruments in a proteomics lab, supporting DDA, DIA, MRM and PRM data. QuiC can be configured to regularly check for new raw files in a folder and use them to continuously monitor instrument performance. A multitude of readouts are provided, the most important ones based on the iRT peptides. This tool enables expert and basic LC‑MS users to judge data quality and intervene as required to prevent sample loss, LC‑MS downtime and low-quality data.
